L'immensa rupe, con il suo incantevole strapiombo, ci offre il vero significato della vertiginosa altezza e della maestosa struttura che occupa gran parte della tela. Tutto questo potrebbe conferire al fruitore un senso di inquietudine ed abbandono se non ci fossero la presenze di figure umane, di casolari, di staccionate e di tanto verde.
Un omaggio al grande Monet e a questo fantastico posto di osservazione. 23-luglio-1992

L'immense falaise, avec son surplomb enchanteur, nous offre le vrai sens de la hauteur vertigineuse et de la structure majestueuse qui occupe une grande partie de la toile. Tout cela pourrait donner à l'utilisateur un sentiment d'agitation et d'abandon s'il n'y avait pas la présence de figures humaines, de fermes, de clôtures et de beaucoup de verdure. Un hommage au grand Monet et à ce fantastique poste d'observation. 23 juillet 1992

"Cliff at Dieppe" is an autographed painting by Monet made with oil on canvas in 1882, measuring 66 x 92 cm. and is kept in the Kunsthaus in Zurich. The immense cliff, with its enchanting overhang, offers us the true meaning of the dizzying height and the majestic structure that occupies much of the canvas. All this could give the user a sense of restlessness and abandonment if there were not the presence of human figures, farmhouses, fences and lots of greenery. A tribute to the great Monet and to this fantastic observation post. July 23, 1992
