Quell’ anno la neve arrivò molto presto in campagna. Sorprese tutti, le giornate erano ancora lunghe e il sole scaldava bene le nostre ossa, ma all’ imbrunire il cielo non presagiva niente di buono. Infatti, una notte di fine ottobre, un leggero strato di neve morbida coprì il campo circostante la fattoria, ma la mattina successiva rimase solo qualche chiazza di neve. 28-mag-2019

That year the snow arrived very early in the country. Everyone was surprised, the days were still long and the sun warmed our bones well, but at dusk the sky did not presage anything good. In fact, one night at the end of October, a light layer of soft snow covered the field surrounding the farm, but the next morning only a few patches of snow remained. 28-May-2019
